  • Do not do anything you are asked to do in the email.

How to recognize a suspicious email

  • They often contain spelling or grammar mistakes;
  • They come from unknown senders (not from Aruba staff);
  • They request personal details or immediate payment using websites with suspicious addresses which do not belong to an Aruba domain.

Suspicious emails may point to links or fraudulent replications of Webmail, cart or customer area pages.
If you come across a suspicious page, check that it belongs to Aruba.
